I had a similar situation. My rental car was set up and paid for by an insurance company retained by the individual who hit my car. Even though I was supposed to sit back and relax as this company took care of all of my expenses, I was charged a $50.00 deposit. The estimate was supposed to take 12 working days, but I dealt with it. I also dealt with the car being disgustingly dirty and the fact that the gas tank was on empty. I returned the car on the 11th working day as my car was finished early and expected my $50 deposit back, and didn't even ask for payment on the half tank of gas I left in the car or the time I spent cleaning the car. They assured me all money was refunded and then I found the next morning that they actually CHARGED me another $50! I am furious and am now still trying to get my money back. This happened in Kennewick, WA but I will never use Enterprise as long as I live no matter where the location is.
