Useless bus service experienced yesterday

The mentor from JHB to DBN designed to abandon at 19h45 from Midrand website, just came in Midrand at 21h00. I created numerous calls for their practices where their call-center team held cutting-off the calls when received. No notice delivered to individuals & an overall total insufficient support.

Then, the mentor gathers Midrand individuals, would go to Playground stop, falls them down, to stand-in a-line outside within the cold. Our Mother (56Yrs), going with 2 kids below 15yrs, needed to consider her bags off the first mentor himself & proceed stand-in the point. No body helped them.
