I had the exact same negative experience as a previous poster! Once they have a deposit you are toast. Unlike the previous guy however, they did answer my phone call to cancel, they just did not do it! Now they are fabricating stories trying to hold on to the deposit. No one likes that " I got ripped off" feeling. Do not book here. Do not call them. Do not give them a credit card. You will be sorry...
