No call back or email after nearly a month

Mazda offered me the amount due to their engine plan division to get a question I've about stretching my strategy. I've since found it's manned from the Development Team. I called and talked to some beautiful woman in the call-centre who guaranteed that the telemarketer might quickly react. Nothing. A couple of days later, I called again. Another promise. No call-back. The 3rd period I called, the phone call center woman set me to someone else who appeared aware and who guaranteed to mail details in my experience. You know what? No mail. I called again the next morning. The phone call center woman set me to somebody else who explained she couldn't assist me as it was not on her behalf program, but she'd place me to a third-person. I expected to get a primary nr to phone-in scenario used to donot obtain a reaction, but was educated that there's no direct line. This time around the woman I talked to appeared to understand what she was referring to, however the point was poor. She stated to telephone back. She DID. The point was still uncertain. She said she'd call again. Nothing. Today I called again. I was guaranteed that my criticism could be delivered up the point and that I'd get a reaction in 10 minutes. Which was hours before! I am still waiting.
