Valken Inc oct. 2005 order a wareagle conpueror 5 gallon gas tank purchased from this company price $1250.00 never recieved

In october I purchased a wareagle conqueror 5 gallon gas tank for my motorcycle. From wareagle customs the contract price was $1250.00 in october the amount was paid infull. I was informed the gas tank would be shipped by way of federal express and that early dellivery should be expected. I waited for the shipment for several days but never received my parcel. War eagle customs later inform me the shipment was lost. I attempted to contact war eagle customs later to get a replacement gas tank numerous occasions by phone and by mail but no answer from wareagle customs. And now is been six years
