Chris Chadwick (972-871-6560) and her affiliate Eric of Allstate have now been focusing on my situation since April. They approached me on January 18th, Wednesday using the settlement sum. Then he asked me easily used a splint from 6-29-10 to 10-06-10. I told him that I used the splint whilst the physician recommended me to complete. Then he stated that he once he'd his fingertips harm which THEIR physician did not have him use something for that long of the period. I told him that him and his situation is completely dissimilar to my scenario. Then he questioned how sporting a splint might recover my hand. I told him he might contact my physician if he require details about the recovery process.
Then today, January 20, I talked with Tammy Wright (972-871-6583). She informs me they just possess the insurance documents in the Palm Expert but they don't possess the physician's records. She stated that they required them twice and not received them. She stated, "Perhaps there's something amiss using the fax machines."
I talked with all the Palm Expert on Thursday, January 19 plus they stated that Allstate had all the doctors records.
So Allstate has named me and provided funds sum without researching the physician's records. After I talked with Bob and Eric about the telephone I spoke to them concerning the records the physician wrote plus they stated that they knew about them. It's been 3 months since I have named to stay. Along with that they're attempting to lay and intimidate me to stay with necessary information that needs to be taken into account.
