I went on-line to TireRack.com and put in my car amd model info. Tire options came up and I ordered one set. Now it turns out that these tires will not fit my vehicle.
I called them up and they told me that it is MY responsibility to ensure the tire sizes match, when in fact I had put im my make and model.
Tirerack.com will not refund me the shipping and further, they are telling me that it is now my responsibility to ship these back to them atMY cost.
The total shipping cost back and forth will be over $200.
I feel it is simply unfair sinceI put inthe make and model of my car andthier software made a bad receommendation for my truck. Why should I have to go through the trouble AND expense of bearing the cost of shipment?
This is a ripoff and unfair to the consumer.
