I purchased a chance kart out of this organization in early dec for my grandon to possess for chrismas. The sum total purchase was $1167. The purchase was designed to ship in my experience 3 times after i purchased and 5-7 business days after since im in CT. Funny component is the fact that I acquired a 12/16/10 from Bully stating they might provide in my experience on 12/17 between 12-3om. I waited and waited. No one confirmed up. I named them-and their customer support point explained that Warm Activities/Scooter Website comes with an accounting problem and all deliveries are on-hold till it's solved. I had been in amazement to listen to they don't spend their expenses and my cargo wouldnt be sent to me. I instantly named Warm Activities and required my reimbursement 2 nights later being 12/19/10. It was 1/3 and STILL NO REFUND!!! These people ripped me off. I got my credit card statement for the charge and my credit card company charged me interest on the purchase... They finally gave me my refund on 1/8 but still... It took them 1 month to give me my money. These people are crooks and should be closed down. Anyone who reads this. Please think about it before buying from a company that doesnt pay their shipping bills. They just want your money, hang on to it as much time as they can and run with it if they could get away with it. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE purchase out of this organization again and that I wish this criticism could make you rethink maintaining these folks in businesss or not
