Cancelled my mothers Traverers Policy, in writing, two months beforeTravelers is willing to accept so they sent Credit Collections Services to harrass myMomby phone and mail even after I sent them a registered letter and one phon call to cease all communications. I offered to settle at 75% of the bill but they refused and are still calling. It is really upsetting my mother who now lives with me due to advanced dementia. Gotta get this to stop w/o caving in and paying for a mistake Traveler will not admit!
Travelers Insurance Co. You are a discrace to your customers by retaining CCS. Shame on you!!!
