I went to Monro Muffler on Arsenal St.in Watertown n.Y. Been there twice, and the older guy I think is John. He is most rude. First time he yelled at me because I was over on miles for my oil change. I was in the hospital. He comtinued by saying do you relize what you can do to a car? Yes, Then today I was suppose to have an appointment at 11 am which I wrote down on their reminder card they sent me. He tells me it's not til 12p, m and besides that he said I would be 1/2 early for my 11 am any way. No it was 20 minutes. So he couldn't even squuze me until 11:30 am. He wouldn't work with me at all. He was just very rude. And there were only 2-3 cars in the garage. I don't understand why I have to be treated like this...
