Opened mail

I sent a christmas Card with a gift inserted to Sonia Amirians at 1042 Western Ave. Apt. 208. Glendale, CA 90201. The card came back marked undeliverable (apparently Sonia has moved and I don't have her new address, does the post office. However, the letter was opened and the "gift' was missing. Some one working at the post office apparently opened the letter and stoled the contents. I do0n't know what can be done about this, but i want it on record.
