I took my car to Kelleher Motor to be fixed more than once. When I had an extended warranty the check engine light kept coming on and they said they could not find anything wrong. I guess they were not smart enough to know the lights might of been the problem. Then I took my car in for a leaky hose and picked it up later that night (asked them to leave the keys in it). I broke down a week later on the side of the road with a broken hose. It never got fixed because I did not want all the hoses replaced. My car was making a noise and asked them to fix it. I took Chad Berger for a ride to listen to the noise. The problem never got fixed but they charged me two hundred and twelve dollars anyway. I then took my car to a reputable dealer named CV Autoworks. They fixed the hose and the loose strut they charged me forty-six dollars and fifty-nine cents to fix the loose strut and seventy some to fix the hose. I then talked to Colleen Kelleher and she made a appointment for me to come in and talk to her. I spent one hour and forty-five minutes talking to her about it. Her head mechanic was there the whole time he told me that hoses did not leak they just burst when they go. I said what was leaking in my garage then. They asked me to bring my car back in and I refused to do so. I did ask for my two hundred and twelve dollars back and did not receive it whatever work they did do was not asked to be done. The work I did ask to be done was never done, and this happened more than once. Thank you for your help. I have written to the Ford Dispute Settlement Board, Colleen Kelleher, Ford Motor Company, and will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. I would like something done about this because there are more people in this town that have been ripped off to.
