Do not go to this horribly managed, shady "dealership"! I currently lease an SUV from them and I regret it not because of my car (its great!) but the dishonesty and blatent lying done by not only the salespeople but the management as well. If you already are a client of them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because as their management says, they will not honor their own oral contracts... Even when it was promised and confirmed by three members of management (finance manager Gary too) and Wayne Sommers (one of the owners of the dealership)... Who by the way tries to intimidate clients that call lexus north miami on their bullsh.By telling them that he's "a lawyer" and goes on to insult clients who were calling the dealership for months just to get lied to (that is, when we could go in person to the dealership because they do not return numerous phone calls over a period of 7 months about the same issue). SHADY DISHONORABLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CROOKS= NORTH MIAMI LEXUS! Go to any other dealership besides them... Trust me, its not worth the "grand amenities" they offer... Which is only to mask the scummy management. YOU WILL GET A BETTER PRICE at another dealership because of these stupid amenities!!!
