Jim Allen Liar, Cheat, Thief, Fraud, not reputable whatsoever, when I purchased my truck I paid for a warranty that Jim Allen never covered. Hes a liar and a scumbag

I purchased a used car from Jim Allen at Allen Motors Thousand Oaks. When I purchased my truck and traded in my car, Jim made me a deal that included a 3 year warranty on my range rover. He told me that he needed to deduct 2,000 off my trade in and that he would put up 2,000 for the price of the warranty. Range Rovers are very expensive to fix. Jim Allen also told me that the truck I was buying was in great condition and was priced right. This was not true. He not only ripped me off on my trade in, but jacked up the price on my truck by several thousand dollars when he submitted the loan to the bank. He never showed me the fine print and when he went over the loan information he decided to not include or pay for the warranty during the purchase but instead said he would shop around for a better price. He said in the meantime, I should just come to the dealership if something goes wrong with the truck and he would fix it free of charge, and cover the truck for three years. Just like a warranty. I figured because he was a local dealer he was trustworthy. I was sorely mistaken. He also told me that my license plates and the fees were all covered in the purchase. I waited several months for the plates and they never came in the mail. When I approached Jim he said that it was submitted to DMV, nevertheless I got two traffic tickets because I had no plates on my vehicle. When I went to the dealership for reimbursement he said it was not his problem. What he did was against the law. He took money to cover the fees and never paid the DMV. When I recently went to the dealership to get my car serviced Jim told me that he was done and that he wouldnt cover or fix the vehicle. When I showed him the paperwork he told he to get off his lot. People beware of scumbags like this. He's a bad guy and a fraud. I was taken for a fool. Buyer beware.
