Cell phone service is not getting done

Greetings!

This is regarding my cell phone service is not getting done.

Problem Description: In a cell phone battery problem and charger cable is not working properly

I bought cell phone on 22-5-09 still it is under warranty

I had given cell for repairing on 22nd-Dec-09 in service center M.S. N COMMUNICATION

When, I had given cell phone for service, they said I will get a stand by handset after two days. I inquired after four days and got the same answer “will get stand by handset after two days”

When I called AREA SERVICE MANGER Mr. Jonson on 08088792238

26th-Dec-09 he assured that he will get it for me surely on 28th-Dec-09 Morning however, that was only a promise in words not in action.

Eventually I made another attempt on 28th-Dec-09 and I got to hear the same repeated unfulfilled promises. I am finding it difficult to manage my life without a cell phone and it is quite frustrating to follow up with the service center people who do not have any intention to help the customer.

Please help me to find solution out.
