Sold completely defective vehicle

In August I bought a 1996 Landrover Discovery in the dealer, handled by sales executive Mr. Rudi Janse Van Vuuren.

1. The car was 7 days overdue in being shipped because of function still being completed within the course. The facts provided were the automobile had been maintained in addition to steering tube repairs.

2. The automobile, once shipped, was discovered to become overheating somewhat, and totally grabbed while on vacation. I'd it towed towards the closest course for repairs. I had been educated the automobile required an exceedingly great support, showing this wasn't completed from the institution as guaranteed in (1).

3. After getting the automobile back, the motor cut again, leading to being delivered in one course to a car electrician, and consequently to Landrover retailers in PMB, I've been recommended the automobile will need atleast 30-40 hours repair function as well as in excess of R30000.

4. Despite calls and characters, no response in the seller.

I've had littleno drivetime. Personally I think the automobile continues to be offered in my experience unethically, which I've been victimised within the purchase. So what can I dosteps could be obtained?
