For convenience sake, I took my brand new Mazda 3 to this site for simple oil changes. The car isn't but 9-10 months old and I wanted to ensure I kept the warranty up so I changed it regularly at Tuffy. The last time, the oil filter was installed improperly and the oil all leaked out all over the under carriage. The engine failed and now needs to be replaced. After having Mazda engineers verify the problem, I went to Tuffy for a resolution. Tuffy isn't any help. While they can't say they didn't do it - they won't do anything about it. I am paying $270 a month for a brand new Mazda paper weight and Tuffy is goading me to take them to court rather than step up and resolve the matter with integrity and fairness. Savea buck at Tuffy but spend a fortune fixing what they broke!
