Where do we start. I bought an atv from motobuys.com and I pick it up at Coolster which is the warehouse Gary Kovner the owner of motobuys stated to me that he had stores all over the united states and that I could take the atv to the DMV and get it register. I try to register the atv and I had a hard time. The dmv charged me 52.00 for the green sticker and I had to pay tax again. 2 weeks went buy and the atv did not work right Gary never called me back I was upset at this point and was ready to trash this atv until I found Danny a real nice man from Pacific Rides located in Chattsworth. I explained to Danny were I had bought the ATV for my son from and he did not say anything But he rolled his eyes. Dannys Tech came out and said we can fix it I was very happy, after talking with Danny of Pacific Rides, He told me that 1 year ago he saw an ad for a motorsports shop for sale and he called and spoke with Gary who at the time owned Pacific Rides. Gary Told Danny that the Business is doing well and that it was for sale and that Gary owned the rights to a company called Joyner Buggies and some other big brands BMS, NST, ROKETA, KYMCO, CFMOTO, and would sale the Company for 300,000 Thousand and that Danny would make 12,000 a month to support his family well unbeknown to Danny, Gary lied about the sales per month. Failed to tell Danny about Joyner going under and he had a contract that stated no compete clause. After taking over Pacific Rides Danny found that sales did not equal 12,000 month nor did he have the rights to the brands gary sold and that danny had to get a dealer License to sale. Danny is barley making it and that gary took Dannys money and started Motobuys right down the street. And works out of his home. Garry has NO DEALER LICENSE I looked it up for myself. So if you are to buy a Vehicle from this guy be sure to think twice about the charter of Gary Kovner. Can not be trusted. Its against the law to sell an atv, dirtbike, go kart, scooter, and tell the customer to go register it. Shame on you for lying and being Dishonest to customers and Danny at Pacific Rides. Furthermore Gary states that he has been in business for 30 years another lie. I should of know when I asked if I could pick it up from his store he said it was under construction that was a lie to. How do sleep with yourself at night knowing you Rip off this Guy who in trusted his life savings with you. I was sucker and danny was sucker Garry takes Pics from other Companies and lies that its his Building False and more lies and if you do not believe this story call Danny at Pacific Rides 1310-418-2728 he would be glad to tell you his story and the truth...
