I purchased tires for a road trip, they mechanices mess up the sensor in tires and return to have it fixed... Never fit the problem took trip and had major problem with one tire and was stranded on vacation and Big O Tire would not fix car or honor guranatee. They do not know who to proper fix brand need cars DUE TO LACK INEXPERINCE WITH MECHANICS WORKING THERE! They ruined my trip and mess up my car and they expect me to pay for it! I am taking them to small claim court!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!
Do not use big o tire in oakland at 810 macarthur blvd! They don't not have a clue and i am suing them now in small claim court!
