I was sold a vent control valve for a 2005 Nissan Sentra. When the parts manager handed me the part i asked if i could take out of the sealed plastic bag. No problem. I took the part home, looked under the car. The part they sold me was 3 times bigger than the part on my car. When I went back to the dealership, I was told they couldn't take it back because I opened the plastic bag. I talked to the General Manager. They did not have the correct part in stock. I went to AutoZone and bought the right part. I have contacted the Transportation Department and Liza Madigan's office for Consumer Affairs. I am now contacting the newsmedia; For $125. Today I received a solicitation in the mail to buy a new Nissan. Don't buy a part from Bob Rorhman!
