On November 3 I employed Credit card to pay for in the push (in a Chevron gas-station in National Way, California, with plus quality) and started to fill and quickly recognized that there is no-pressure with no gasoline being distributed/moved into my container. I had been billed $4.10... Not a lot of money, but money is money, which is bad. I instantly went inside and informed the girl behind the table of the problem and he or she stated if nothing really moved then my card wouldn't be billed. IT WAS false. Our banking account displays the $4.10 cost and that I am unsure how to proceed to correct the problem. I tried calling the gasoline station itself and was not able to keep in touch with the worker as a result of language barrier. I can't look for a area on Chevron's site wherever I will contact them to deal with the problem and document a criticism. I've questioned several times previously if Chevron rigs their pumps so the quantity of fuel is clearly significantly less than what you've taken care of - particularly if you have paid money inside, whilst the last $2-3approximately frequently do not seem to push the entire quantity of fuel. I'll not go back to a Chevron.
