Beware!!! This place is NOT the place to take your automobile for auto body repair! They take the auto for and 'extended' period of time and simply do not repair the auto correctly/professionally, draining you of your time into oblivion! After finally returning my auto to me after literally destroying my time forever, I discovered they had not replaced a taillight that they listed as charged to Geico. The original damaged one was left on the auto in which was not noticed until later because of the long list of 'issues' with the extremely 'marginal' work done, after the payment was 'done' and I had left with the vehicle. I noticed it after examining the auto more thoroughly, later, while cleaning/waxing, etc. Getting 'it' (the auto) into the 'right light'! More time consumption, of course, having to go back and get the shop to replace it with a new? One? When this was done, they use (d) and 'impact wrench' to do so, in which 'chewed' the mounting bolts cosmetically, in which will corrode obviously, later, devaluating the auto, unless, of course, you buy more. Just one thing after another obviously, refusing to to MANY aspects of the total 'job' correctly until you simply 'give-up' and leave! I simply, and no one does, have their entire life to spend with such places to 'get the job done right'. Bottom line this place simply 'takes the money and runs' with it, literally stealing it. And 'pay attention', they DO charge higher 'rates' than any other shops around, in which would 'tend' to make you 'assume' they do more professional work. Well, they simply do TERRIBLE, shoddy - at 'best' - work, clearly. If you 'value' your time and the value of your auto - AVOID this place like it has the 'black death plague'!!! Everything explained here is a 'chip-of-the-iceburg' compared to everything I went thru with this place! Oh! I 'see' other posted complaints about this place is listed under 'Fairfax Imports' (with an 's') and believe every word of them, for they must be totally true with what I experienced! The 'nut tree' thing is absolutely true! I suffered same! Nut tree 'dings' not 'discovered' until later because of the 'right light'? Issue! And the totally unprofessional behavior of the employees is 'astounding', BEWARE of this hustling bunch ready to RIPP YOU OFF!!! They are clearly NOT auto repair 'artists', they are nothing but a bunch af low-life CON-ARTISTS/THEIVES! That's listed on this site as 'FAIRFAX IMPORTS' - you should read them as well! It's the SAME auto body repair shop from H_E_*_*!!!
