First let me say I have used other les schwabs before without incident, but after this BS... NEVER again...
I had the distinct displeasure of visiting this place yesterday. So as I pull up in an $85,000 car, NO ONE runs out to help me. I walk in and the place is deserted, they are NOT busy at all. The 2 guys behind the counter do not greet me. I ask for a credit card application... The fat one says to me in a snooty tone..."we dont have a credit card, its a charge account" like im some damn charity case. Keep in mind that im dressed VERY professionally in very expensive clothes and im getting treated like this. Then I say I will take what they have. He trieds to shoo me out of the store but I say that I will fill out the app there. Then I asked a question, and his response was so d*mn snooty that I took the app and walked out of the store. Neither of them say anything to me as I leave. Meanwhile some scrubby looking white guy who looks like he is homeless walks in and they greet him as if he is Bill Clinton. I was floored. With service like that its no wonder that the place was empty. Maybe they should work in Enumclaw or Boise where they can just wear a sheet to work! I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know about this BS. Wake up you backwards a* rednecks, your days of marginalizing minorities are OVER... Did you notice whos president!? Oh wait, you are still watching Nascar drinking cheap beer... What a joke... P.S. Was so awesome that they filled the app out for me and I was in and out in less than 5 mins... Thats what I call service! Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
