Texaco - Citi
TEXACO/CITI Burning my credit for an account that I have never had. I cannot get ahold of anyone to help

I have tried everything and this company is still confirming with the credit agencies that I owed/or owe them. I have no Idea how to remove them. I saw some Phone #'s on this board but most have been disconnected. My credit agency only shows part of this account number so they cannot verify what I am talking about. I am lost as of what to do
