I ordered six items from Publishers Clearing house. One of the items was a flat matt for a kitchen counter. It is 20"x17" and flat. That was the largest item. These things were packed in a huge flat box with several pieces of paper and nothing else. This was the shoddiest packing job I've ever seen. During the shipping, they all must have gotten banged around. Three of the items, including the kitchen matt, which is bent, have dings. They aren't broken, just damaged from poor packing. Miles Kimball was the name of the return addressee. The shipment was done on 9/18 and I just received it on 10/6/10the relevant numbers are 10210400300 Then another date 9/21 PS0007844 and finally, SW1781104 810Main. Someone should be fired for that sloppy, careless job. I paid a total of $58.92 and it was treated like it wasn't worth a cent.
