I contacted the BBB of Nabraska on 10/4/10 because of this "ordeal" with Naparex. Like I said earlier, I ordered cigarettes on 8/9 from Indian Smokes and they cashed my check on 8/20. And have not received my order! I have since contacted Naparex so many times (of which I documented) and they keep giving me the run around. So I decided to take action! The BBB is contacting Naparex and they have until October 18 to respond. (I have no idea what they will do to Naparex if they don't respond by that date). All I know is, I encourage EVERYONE that is having this problem to please contact the BBB of Nabraska! Their website is www.bbbnebraska.org. Good luck to all!!
