Muhammad "Haris" Qureshi Lied about condition of car, then refused to correct problem

I purchased an 05 Ford Mustang Convertible early in July. I talked to Haris on the phone, as I live in Ohio and the car was in Georgia. He assured me that the body was in great shape, free of dents or paint damage. I also asked about the tires, and he told me that all the tires had at least 60% tread life left in them. We agreed on a price, and shipping, and I wired him the money.
When the car arrived, I inspected the packing slip. Haris explained that it would be shipped with a slip that showed any damage to the vehicle before shipment. He told me that it would be blank because there was nothing wrong with the car. When it arrived, however, there were 4 dents and paint defects listed. The slip was signed by Haris. There were 2 dents on the driver side door, 1 dent by the tail light, and 1 dent on the passenger side quarter panel. The hood also has a major paint issue where the hood is oxidizing, and causing the paint to bubble in the front corner. On top of the body issues, the tires were not in the condition that he promised. 3 of the tires were completely shot, and the 4th had about 25% tread left.
I called Haris and expressed my concerns. He told me that the body damage must have happened in shipping, and that the shipping company wrote the issues after they picked up the car and damaged it. He told me that he would take care of the damage, then file a claim against the shipping company. Haris asked me to send him pictures so he could quote the damage and send me a check. I sent him pictures, then waited a week. After not hearing back, I called him, and he explained that he didn't have time to get a quote. He asked me to take it to some local shops to have it quoted. I took the vehicle to 2 shops and sent him the lower of the 2 bids. I then talked to him, and he was unhappy with the price. He gave me the name of another repair shop to try in my area. I took the car to them, and their quote was actually higher than the first 2.
Haris then argued that the paint defects are just due to the age of the car. I explained that the issue is the fact that he lied about the condition. He said he understood, and that he would try one more place since I did buy the vehicle sight unseen. Haris admitted that the damage was on the car when he shipped it, and that it couldn't be claimed against the shipping company. I also offered to sell it back to him at this time, provided he would pay for the shipping, and the new tires and brakes that I had to install. He said he would try one last place, then get back to me.
After a few hours, he called me back and told me that he found a mobile dent service that would do the repairs. He said he sent the owner pictures, and gave him a deposit via his credit card over the phone. He said the company would call me and do the repairs on Thursday. I waited until Wednesday, without hearing from the company. I called Haris back and requested the number. He said he was busy, but would get back with me. 3 hours later, he sent me a text with the number. I called the company, and they had no knowledge of Haris or my car. After talking for a couple more minutes, the owner realized he had a voicemail. He played it for me, and it was Haris, calling only an hour earlier, asking him to quote a dent repair. The owner of the dent service then informed me that he does not accept credit cards over the phone, and that Haris did not send any pictures.
From that point, I have been unable to reach Haris. When I call, the phone either rings then goes to voicemail, or someone picks up to tell me that Haris is busy. I filed a claim with the BBB in Atlanta, Georgia, to which he has also ignored. I have since taken the car to a paintless dent removal service, and they confirmed that they would not be able to remove the dents without repainting the doors.
I feel that I gave Haris every benefit of the doubt. I tried to work with him, but he has lied to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership.
