IS NO DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AVERAGE JOE CAR DEALER ripoff, hassling so that I wouldn't use my warranty Frederick Road

On November 2, I bought a Volkswagen Jetta 1994 from the Rockville Maryland store. During the transaction, I informed the salesman that I want a very reliable car. Since I am on beginning of my career, I wanted a car that wouldn't give me any form of headache.

The sales man assured me that the car had gone through a 125 points inspection. As we started test driving the car, I noticed that the car has a grinding noise coming from the front left wheel. I informed the sales person.in addition, there were some other discrepancies that I saw at the moment and I made sure that the sales person knows about them.

He told me that it would be fixed if I can drop the car the next Saturday. Since I need another car desperately and loved the way the car looked, I bought the car at enormously expensive price believing that the car has no such bad defects that you usually would not know about if you bought the car from your average Joe's used car dealer.

In the week time that I drove the car, I noticed that one of the dashboard lamps was out, and it was making it hard to look at the dashboard.in addition, the service department will not answer any of my phone calls at all. This made me very curios, so my girlfriend and I took the car to her mechanics. He unraveled the following defects

1. The clutch was worn out that you have to left the pedal more than half way for the engine to engage at all

2. The wheel bearing in the right side was worn out and could break any time

3. The right axel CV boot is worn out

4. The ac switch might need to be changed

5. Also when shifting the gear from first to second, the shift is not so smooth at all making a grinding noise at times.

After calling the service department at different times, I ended up receiving an appointment for Nov 26. The person who took my call sounded very upset that I would end up using my warranty. When I informed her that I will not have enough time to take it back to the mechanic and check it out again, she bluntly informed me that November the 26 is the best she could do for me.

So, I called back the sales person to inform him. I kept on coming across his voice mail and was not able to get a hold of him. As an alternative option, I called the Internet sales person, who assisted me very well in contacting the service department.

Unfortunately it was another voice mail that I came across So, now I am not sure what I should do with the car Drive it till November the 26 till the bearing locks on me or get it fixed else where and let them pick the tub by suing car max. I will suggest you this, if you ever want to buy a car do your research well before believing any one company however high the reputation is...
