Purchased van upon agreement and contract that timing belt, water pump would be purchased and replaced by dealer. With furthering issues vehicle had electrical shortages in dash, brakes grinding, missing head light, all from a vehicle which passed dealers "safety inspection" window sticker. Several phones call were made to dealer. Dealer avoided their promises by procrastinating to the customer. After several attempts of scheduling the repairs by the customer and unreturned phone calls, dealer removed repair contract and agreement and counter offered by stating that the only way of having repairs done would be if customer purchased parts for the repairs. After consenting with dealer, dealer then renigged and said that parts would have to purchased from dealer and no one else... Which were 3 x's as much as actual cost.
