Horrible, horrible bus service

Since the costs went up, NJ Transportation alleged "support" about the 62 coach range has fallen shamefully. This really is in without doubt due to the Republican Governor who believes bad those who have to depend on public transport must spend more for less. I'm mentioning particularly to Thursday, 30 June, after I reached Newark Penn Stop at 12:40 PM and waited for that 12:50 PM coach to Newark Airport. I'm a reduced-salary flight employee. The 12:50 coach never arrived. The 1:05 coach never arrived.By this time around, atleast 50 "clients" were very annoyed and several people named NJ Transitis alleged "customer support" point. No description was handed. I talked to some completely hopeless and unaware "representative" who'd to become informed FIVE TIMES exactly what the issue was. Lastly abus arrived at 1:20 and stuffed beyond capability. A lot of us who work in the airport were right now overdue for function. Not me, however, since I have permit sufficient time understanding how substandard NJ Transit works. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SUPPORT! However it gets worse. This occurred again on Friday, 2 September now, Sunday, 4 July. Nowadays after I named to protest, it required five units to obtain to another hopeless, unaware consultant who subsequently place me on-hold for 5 minutes and returned to express the coach broke down. Only at that price, I’m likely to look for a carpool since NJ Transportation has become increasingly more ineffective.
