I was looking for a very specific make/model Hyundai and a vehicle search showed the only one in the state being at Jenkins. Being from the Tampa area, I called them and negotiated price over the phone. I was satisfied with the internet price listed for the vehicle which was advertised as only having 12 miles on it. However, after driving 80 miles and wasting a Saturday afternoon to get there, I found my "new" car had 3325 miles on it and smelled like cigarette smoke (it had been a demo). When I asked the salesman why he had never mentioned this over the phone, his response was "Why do you think I was giving you such a good deal on it?" I walked out. These guys repeatedly tell you that they want to "Earn Your Business!" All they want to do is sell another car and will resort to old school sales tactics to do it. Hyundai makes great cars but I suggest that anyone looking for one in the Ocala area find themselves another dealership!
