This iswhat happened to us!!! We went down to the tent sale Sunday after noon. We started looking at all the vehicles they had on the lot. We came across 2 that we liked the most. We started working on a deal and of course thats where the nightmare began. We hassled over the saleprice of the car for at least 2 hours we were told that they would giveus a great deal sense it was the last day of the sale! Ya they gave us adeal alright! We went back and fourth about what we were going to pay for the car as far as monthly down payment ect. We wanted our monthly payment to be as cheap as possible. So through all the negotiating bullshit we agreed to a few thousand down. And certain monthly payment. As we were waiting for the finance people to see us. There was a man that came to us to tell us about a new program they were offering people that would allow you to refinance the vehicle in 9 months and with a lower monthly payment after the 9 months go bye but at first you have to pay about $60 more monthly to get that ya bullshitt! We went back and fourth with him as well telling him we wouldpay what we agreed to nothing else. After about 40 min. Of hearing himsay how he felt bad for us sense we didnt want any extras and this state is known for its vehicles being stolen. And how people lose there jobs and get behind payments and lose there car through a repo he didnt want that to happen to us so he would offer us gap for 7.00 a month extra! Finally agreeing to that he stated I will throw in a new alarm system just for you! And it wont cost you a cent. We were like wow cool. Thx! Ya ay aya ya ya! He said he had to put the cost of the alarm on the finance sheet to make the numbers work out... But there will be no charge at the end. My husband said take it off! We dont want that hesaid we werent being charge for it its all about the numbers... Anyway long story short the car was given to us dirty no gas in it whatever we can deal wit that as well we get home realize the car smells like smoke so tryen to put as much air freshener in it as possible to get it out. My bad I should of noticed it! But my bad... The next day we were online looking at the different prices people were selling this type of car for and realized holly shit BELL HONDA has a adfor the same vehicle we bought from them at the tent sale, online for $3000 less Vin #'s matched! Same dang car also we see the car comes with alarm system! Same alarm they snuck on for $700 was already installed in the vehicle. I called and spoke to one of the finance people on Monday about what we seen he "s" said dont worry about that wewill get it fixed for you I will have a manager in the sales office call you and fix everything for you guys cause we want you to be happy... Today 6/24 I called again asking why we haven't received acall from any one. The rudest person i have spoke to yet had to tell me this. Well Mrs... I have your info infront of me and what can I helpyou with I wanted to know if we are approved for the car. I stated to him he said well I dont know that prior to me calling him I looked up inmy bank acct. A seen they withdrew the check I wrote to them on Sunday! So again i stated to him why has no one called me and what are we goingto do about the charges that we didnt agree upon! He stated to me " nowthis is your 3rd time telling me this how many times are you going to repeat yourself to me! Then he told me I need a check stub from your husband and a social security card to prove that hes alive because on his credit report says hes died! Hmmm i said Im not getting anything foryou until you help me! He said tell you what as he was laughing I dont need your Paperwork I will get you approved without it! Laughing! Firstoff don't i need to be approved through the bank before I have my moneytaken out of my account? Second dont they need proper documents to getthe loan financed they have nothing from us! No pay stub no proof of anything they didnt even get a good insurance card for us to drive it off the lot! We told the sales man the only insurance card we had was myhusbands motorcycle insurance card with us! No problem it was stated tous! Said okay! Now again how would we get approved when they have no pay stub! That they requested and I know that cant get one through his work because his job doesnt give that out without going through the mainoffice! And my husband signing permission to do so! Any advice would help! For the scum of the earth taking advantage of people!
