We requested a compressor from 1800radiator in Texas, Texas on Harry Hines. They introduced us the incorrect part twice with the 2nd one we'd the worker start the container to ensure it was the best component, he explained it had been. Well it was not. Along with that after we went to Texas to come back the part-they wouldn't provide us a reimbursement or perhaps a great portion simply because they stated it had been broken. We just exposed the container to determine if it had been the correct one, since it had been the incorrect component we place it back in to the container and introduced it back. How might starting the container harm the component? The boss informed us it had been examined before it left and was good, therefore possibly it had been the inspector lying (who'd inform their chef they ruined a 300 buck component?) or it was the driver who slipped it. (Again, who'd inform their chef they ruined a costly component?).in either case they'll not substitute the component or they'll not provide us a reimbursement, so we're caught using the incorrect component that's broken. Won't ever use their shop again. We were a devoted client and they'll be dropping a great amount of the company.
