I purchased a pre-owned SUV from Ed Voyles in October. Since that time there has been one problem after another. I would not be writing this report had the sales and management provided acceptable customer service. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding any of the issues, I would get the run around or they would claim there was nothing they could do. Dozens of emails and phone calls are necessary for ANY response. They have been apathetic and refused to stand behind the quality of their product or service. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Ed Voyles, I warn you that once the sales papers are signed, they will no longer be motivated to provide you with decent customer service. BEWARE and don't make the same mistake I did.
Some of the issues I've have:
1) Brake/rotor issue a few days after I drove off the lot.
