Carrier has yet to provide bill of lading. Load was accepted under signed contract for 30 day pay. After vehicles were picked up and in route the carrier demanded payment from customer before delivery. Carrier then forced us to amend contract to 10 day pay from date bill of lading is received but upon arrival at customer destination they refused to unload until cash payment had been made. Carrier has also failed to provide a signed bill of lading for load
