RCA Locksmith is a highly unethical company that should be put out of business permanently. They obviously lie and prey upon needy victims of circumstance.
My wife Emily was locked out of her car with our three young children (5,3, 3) in the pouring rain. She called RCA Locksmith at 877-605-LOCK (5625) and was told someone could be out in about 20-30 minutes. Emily was given a verbal estimate of $65-$75 for the service, but that drive time could increase the cost.
The person who serviced the car arrived after 45 minutes. He told my wife he was "eating lunch" and drove from about TWO (2) miles away. The process took less than three minutes to complete. My wife was charged $125.00 for the service That took TWO minutes; OUTRAGEOUS!
I spoke with "Chuck" regarding refunding a portion of the money given the original estimate and that the service person came from only 2-3 miles away. Chuck was extremely Rude & Obnoxious telling me quote, "You can't buy a gallon of milk, drink a glass and then retrun it because you found it cheaper at another market". Chuck's overall demenor, attitude, and service was extremely unprofessional.
RCA Locksmith is SO BAD, THEY DO NOT EVEN LIST AN ADDRESS FOR THEIR COMPANY. I had to call three times to get a "PO Box 7155006, Tempe, AZ"; not sure if that's even correct.
Never use this company for locksmith service; they are dishonest and unethical to say the least!
