I was going to buy flowers on Bloomex before they were less expensive. I noticed a lot of very amateur problems on their website, mistakes and bad french translation. Before I completed my purchase I decided to quickly check on the web to see any review and I found this page. I'm happy.
I decided to do something. I called the toll free number and started a discussion. I asked for french service and she introduced herself in english. She did not understand my first question. I slowly brought the subject of customer service and next day delivery guarantee and she told me 3 times the flowers are guaranteed to be delivered and that of course it is possible to speak to a human person if calling customer service.
I told her about all the reviews and even read some of them to proove there is no guarantee of good service and good product. She said twice she never heard about this, she could not talk about this, and finally hang up on me without saying bye.
I was going to say that I was a TV reporter but I didn't have the time to LOL
Anyway I can only tell you, I suggest you don't trust this company.
