Our tale happens in Cave Junction, Oregon...
Lately I visited NAPA auto-parts to obtain a part for my vehicle, when I usually do after I require a component. They did not possess the component in-stock and had a need to purchase it. The cost I had been cited was $36.
I returned 24 hours later to get my component along with a diverse did worker stated it'd be $49. I told him what I had been cited and he essentially stated "hard nuggets". He ultimately did accept "divided the distinction" and 'just' cost me $42. Since I have required the component today I settled and went away unhappy. If which was all, it'd have now been bad enough. However it gets worse...
After I acquired my new component I forgot to create within the 'primary'. I mentioned I Would take it in after used to do the fix. After I completed I set the primary in a plastic food bag and went back to NAPA to obtain my $35 primary charge-back.
After I got there exactly the same worker explained that with no initial container I really couldnot get my cash back. He explained he desired anything using the component number onto it. I showed him my bill, which had the component # onto it, but it was not adequate for him. I told him I dumped the container which I needed my income. He flat declined and stated I had been 'SOL'. At the moment I went down.
After some fairly alternative vibrant phrases explaining what I considered him, his "guidelines" and his customer support he nevertheless declined. Ultimately I told him he'd better contact the police since I had beennot departing without my income. That has to've done it. He reached into his till and got $35. He pushed it at me and stated "Below, consider your damned cash and do not actually return". I told him that there isnot the smallest danger I Would patronize them again.
