Evidently FedEx does not provide anymore; you have to fulfill them to really get your deals.

I needed a bundle sent quickly and so I settled the additional cash for Specific Shipping. Our bundle was said to be shipped on Monday, 5/10/10. Approximately I had been informed. Once the bundle didn't appear when planned, I named to check out up. I had been informed the bundle might are available in 24 hours later. Someday.

I received a phone at 9:46 A.M. On 5/11/10 and was informed the driveris vehicle was "divided". May I satisfy him? Significantly. As previously mentioned earlier, this bundle was immediate, I truly required it, and so I went the 7 kilometers and met him. After I got there, I had been not provided my bundle (the driver had in his palm) right then since the driver was on his split. I had been ultimately ready to signal for my bundle at 10:12 A.M. Also, the driver should have fixed his vehicle between your telephone call that I obtained and achieving him, since he could drive-away.

Upon calls to Customer Support, I had been informed the bundle didn't appear on 5/10/10 since it must since:

A) Wrong handle,

W) Wrong telephone number or

D) Driver Mistake.

These reasons varied using the numerous/numerous customer support reps with whom I talked. After I informed one of these that Iwas compelled to push to get a bundle which was said to be shipped, I had been informed that "which was on me".

I'm declaring a using the Better Business Institution and certainly will NEVER use FedEx again.
