I purchased a used vehicle from this dealship hoping I would get a fair deal. I was very disapointed after it was all said and done. I was overcharged for the vehicle as they inflated the Blue Book value, also I specifically asked if the vehicle had been inspected. I test drove the vehicle and noticed a vibration in the front suspension and asked if there was a problem. I was told it probably just needed a tire balance. Whiat about the inspection? The salesman told me to take it to my vendor to have it looked at. I did and upon inspection, all four tires were worn to the metal cables inside the tires. Note, the salesman allowed me to drive this vehicle 50 miles to have it inspected. The tire store said that the tires were dangerously defective and advised replacement right away. I ok'ed the replacement of the tires, and had them replaced with the same exact tires that were on the car. The next day I noticed a chip in the windshield, again, supposedly the vehicle had been thouroughly inspected, I scheduled the repair of the chip before it turned into a major crack. It was a simple task and only took 30 minutes, but somehow it excaped the eye of the people who inspected the vehicle. I informed the saleman of the problem and was told that I needed to talk to the sales manager. I already spent way to much time at that dealership buying the car and I didn't have time in my busy schedule to be pressured by a high pressure salesman, much less two of them. I am a student and my time is precious and I didn't have time to be pressured about something that should have been taken care of long before I purchased the vehicle. Since then, I have not been contacted by this dealership not has anybody offered to pay the eight hundred dollars I had to pay for the tires. This is a prime reason why people hate car salesman and auto dealerships. Because you never know how much you're going to get ripped off for until it's all done. They keep you in the dealership and wear you down by long hours of waiting and dealing until you just want to make a deal and get the hell out. I was also charged for undercoating on a vehicle that already had undercoat applied when it was new. I was also charged maintenance innsurance which i will probably never use, especially at that particular dealershiop. I will never return to Robberson Ford to have any work done. I feel nothing but contempt and disapointment due to my esperence with this dealership and i want people to know about my experience. Buyer beware, especially when it comes to Robberson Ford.
