Today my roommate was sent to this establishment for an oil change. With this oil change she was talked into her air filter being replaced ($18.29) and a complete transmission fluid flush ($125.95) plus the labor fee ($45). She only needed an oil change. But they took advantage of the fact she isnt knowledgable about cars and talked her into an extra service she didnt need.
This is straight taking advantage of people without the knowledge. This ensures i will never go back to swindling people like this for simple things.
