Faulty repair resulting in injury

They charged me to replace a fuse in my vehicle to fix a rear light problem... They put a 30 amp fuse in a 7.5 amp socket and burned up the wiring harness... Won`t talk to me regarding reimbursement for the costs to repair... Continuous calls to the Manager go unanswered
