We bought a used car. We gave the salesman Diego at Los Coches $1800 down payment. We drove the car for less than a month. The radiator, head gasket, and water pump exploded. We are told by a mechanic that the only way this could have happened like it did was if they used a stop leak which meant they knew this was a problem. When it happened it was towed to Los Coches. We went to the dealer and said that he needed to work with us on this because this wasn't right. He refused to give us any of the $1800 as credit on another car. He said he wanted $500 for another tag when we hadn't even received the tag for the other car yet and he would let us take another car but we wouldn't be able to use any of the $1800 for a down payment. He said we could do that or pay $800 to have the car fixed. When we said we would just sue him then (the car payments were not overdue) he refused to give us our tag and the temporary was expired the day before. He said he never filed for one. He refused to even talk with us about any other options and acted as though he now had possession of the car even though it was still ours. Shady shady shady!!! Don't go there!!!
