Merchants Group is Fraud company and does not want pay me for the claim i have

Merchants insurance company is a cheat company my car was vandalized on 10 of march and today is april 17 they are avoiding me. They got 3 times interviews and asked me nonsense questions and it even does not relate to my car or vandalism of the car. They just wanted to make me nervous and close the claim. I do not know how can i get my money from the insurance company if any lawyer is interested please help me to get my money from them the car damage cost $2641.00
