I called Wausau to Go for the first time this past Saturday and was initially greeted with someone (named Sean I think) that asked me to call back in twenty minutes because of some type of computer problem. Being about 7:30pm I didn't really want to drive to get anything after a long hard day so I did. When I called back however, I was put on hold a total of five times, I ordered something from Pro Players, and the price on the Wausau to Go flyer for the entire Pro Players menu was wrong. Then I tried to order something from Hiawatha but the operator (again Sean) put me on hold to see if I could indeed order that item for dinner. I could and when I asked a few questions about the total to my bill, Sean became rude with me telling me something along the lines of, "Yes. I just explained that to you." I don't appreciate being talked down to, asked to call back later, and put on hold repeatedly. With all the back and forth between Sean and myself, I could have gone to the nearest restaurant and purchased and delivered my dinner all by myself. Which, incidentally I did for my wife and I. To top it off, four days later I noticed a Wausau to Go debit card authorization on my account even when I never placed an order. Started to twice but due to all I mentioned above, never completed the order. Stay away from these guys. They are not a class act and receive a failing grade.
