Ripoff each time you go in for an oil change, you end up with a $300 and up bill because they have found something else wrong

I own a 300m. Everytime it is taken in for an oil change and tire rotation, i end up spending $300 and up because they always find something else wrong and say it will become a major problem. The brakes and brake pads have to be replaced constantly and before i put 50,000 miles on it i had to replace the rotars. Does chrsylers have brake problems?
