It began with Usa eliminating our 6:00am trip to Ohio, during spring break week. Whenever we reached the resort, it's completely dirty. It appears nothing beats the pictures on the web. The individual in the front table was new (his first evening), he went us to some space, but could not start the doorway, we strolled back again to the leading, he got the individual in the resort next door (tropic cay) to assist and stated these were improving people. We visited the area and it was horrible, early sofa with spots throughout it, many shades were absent, the area furniture with filthy and pummelled.
We mentioned the area was undesirable plus they decided to provide us an area in the Tropic Cay, therefore we went there which space was as poor or worse... We turned about the lamps and cockroaches spread, again space was pummelled and filthy. We ended he reservation and left. The man at the front end desk stated that he did not blame us which he'd not recommend one to remain there.
I can't think that you have this hotel open to guide areas through Usa, should you noticed this resort... I'm confident you'd never place among your visitors there.
