I surrendered my car so i wont receive a repossession fee, i had a balance of $6 mo later i received my credit report and there was $1467.00 added on, i contacted this company and they do not have knowledge of lease

I surrendered my car so i wont receive a repossession fee, i had a balance of $6 mo later i received my credit report and there was $1467.00 added on, i contacted this company and they do not have no knowledge of my lease or anything about me. What am I to do? I have documentation of the lease agreement, they gave a number of a dealership in hartford ct that was a totally different dealership from the one i purchased my car from, Please Help!
