To start with My wife and i had our car picked up at out home on the 21st of febuary 2010 for front end damage. The person that picked it up lied to us first off by saying that they had a loaner car we could use (that didnt happen and we were later told that they never do that anyway.) second we were quoted 2 weeks for the repairs. Is;s been close to a month and we still don't have our car. Third everytime we call either they say they will call us back and don't or the say it will be ready in a couple of days. Last week they told us the car was in paint on monday and said it would be ready wedsnday, then on wedsnday we called an they said it hadn't been painted yet and would be ready friday.
I drove to their shop thursday to see for myself what was going on and they had not painted it yet and the car hadn't even been put together yet! Ie: the whole front part of the car was still dis-assembled all this after close to a month, they told me it was my insurance adjuster taking a long time to take care of supplements but my adjuster calls me when he starts an adjustment and when he finalizes it so i know thats not the case. As of today tuesday the car still is not finishe and they say it will be tommorrow before it's done. I doubt it. The date today is the 16 of march.
