I work for a local dealership and my customer needed to purchase insurance for his new car. The sales rep (Cory J. Pointer) signed up my customer without my customer's consent. Then when my customer called Cory back to let him know he was not interested, Cory yelled at him and told him "thanks for wasting my time!". I apologized on his behalf and I contacted his owner (Joe Scoppa). His owner apparently knew what happened, didn't give me a chance to say a word and said, "you can complain all you want, but I never want you to call here again *hangs up phone*. I tired calling back again but he simply hung up again after saying to stop calling. I tired a 3rd time and another rep (Genie) purposely transfers me to him after asking several times to be directed to someone else or even a corporate phone number. Never use these people... They will scream at you if you don't use their expensive policies!!!
